Patent trolls? latest gambit: Sue businesses if they dare to use office scanners

Patent TrollPatent Trolls

We?ve seen a lot of ridiculous claims asserted by patent trolls over the past few years, but this one truly takes the cake:?Ars Technica reports that an entity called ?Project Paperless LLC? has been sending out letters to small and medium-sized businesses demanding licensing fees for using office scanners capable of sending PDFs via email.?Steven Vicinanza, founder of Atlanta-based IT services provider?BlueWave Computing, told Ars that both his company and several of its customers had received letters telling them that they needed to buy licenses for ?distributed computer architecture? patents that cover basic networked scanning technology. At a cost of $1,000 per employee,?Vicinanza said that the licenses would have cost his company a grand total of $130,000 just for the right to scan documents.

[More from BGR: ?iPhone 5S? to reportedly launch by June with multiple color options and two different display sizes]

Vicinanza couldn?t believe that he was actually being threatened with a lawsuit for using office scanners, so he decided to contact the attorney for Project Paperless to get some clarification.

[More from BGR: Nokia predicted to abandon mobile business, sell assets to Microsoft and Huawei in 2013]

?[The attorney] said, if you hook up a scanner and e-mail a PDF document ? we have a patent that covers that as a process,??Vicinanza told Ars. ?So you?re claiming anyone on a network with a scanner owes you a license? He said, ?Yes, that?s correct.? And at that point, I just lost it.?

Vicinanza isn?t the only one ?losing it? over patent suits, of course.?Cisco (CSCO) late last year?decided to go on the offense against patent trolls by flat-out accusing them of breaking the law. What?s more, we?ve heard rumblings that the United States Department of Justice?s?antitrust division may be ready to do something to limit patent trolls? ability to extract licensing fees, so there could be some relief for patent suit-stricken firms on the horizon.

Chief Ways To Treat Osteo Arthritis With And Without ... - Ayushveda

Treat Osteo Arthritis With And Without MedicineWith no known cure, osteoarthritis treatment is necessary to reduce pain and promote joint movement for performing everyday activities easily. Living with under performing joints can be demanding, especially in doing activities which involve the more frequently used body parts as knees, wrists and shoulders.

Although you may not experience exactly the same mobility as that before having osteoarthritis, implementing one or a combination of treatment options can certainly give more comfort to living and doing the chores.

Non-drug treatment options for osteoarthritis

In the effort to treat osteoarthritis, the non-drug methods may be opted first as these keep the side effect(s) of medication at bay.

Rest

Painful or inflamed joints should be provided rest and refrained from performing repetitive activities.? Resting period of 12 to 24 hours may provide relief to pain and ease your discomfort considerably.

Weight Management

Excess weight or obesity increases stress on the joints, like the knees and the hips. Consider losing the extra weight to relieve your joints; even a small amount of weight loss can be worthy of reducing substantial pain and discomfort.

How To Treat Treat Osteo Arthritis

Changes in diet and exercising are encouraging options when you want to lose weight. Exercise can improve stamina and provide greater mobility to joints. Opt for gentle exercises and stop exercising if you experience pain.

Assistive Devices

Another non-medicinal option of dealing with osteoarthritis is using an assistive device. Your chores can be comforting by implementing an assistive device like cane, shoe inserts, grabbing tools, etc. These aids mainly focus on distributing weight and relieving pressure on the joints.

Assistive devices can be used along with other treatment procedures for enhanced benefits.?Pain creams can also be used to relieve joints which are close to the skin like fingers and knees.

Heat And Cold

In relieving pain, heat and cold can serve well. Heat can reduce stiffness while cold can provide comfort from muscle spasms. You may use a heating pad or a cold pack, depending on your comfort and suitability. Ensure not to extend the usage beyond 30 minutes.

Medications Used To Treat Osteo Arthritis

The following medications can be used to treat osteo arthritis. Consult your doctor for their best suitability.

Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug

A group of medications, known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, can be implemented for treating osteo arthritis. Ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, etc. are common pain relievers easily available in the market. For many other such drugs, a prescription may be obligatory. Since these medicines act upon both pain and inflammation, lower-dose (as in case of over-the-counter ones) can ease off pain but not inflammation.

These drugs also pose side effects including stomach bleeding, increased risk for heart attack and other cardiovascular problems. Go through the prescribing information and consult your doctor to reduce the likelihood of adverse side effects by consuming the lowest possible dose and for the minimum possible time period. If you want to use a topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, you may need a careful association with your doctor for watching its potential harmful side effects.

Acetaminophen, a popular drug in the group, can be used to relieve pain although it doesn?t decrease inflammation. Mild to moderate pain can be treated with acetaminophen. Adhere to the recommended dosage as the drug can cause liver damage when taken in excess.

It may not be suited to people already having concerning liver or kidney issues.?Besides oral pain relievers, creams and gels can also be used on the affected joints. Topical pain relievers can be used for treating the condition.

Antidepressants

Antidepressants can also help treat chronic pain owing to osteo arthritis. FDA approved antidepressant duloxetine can be used for chronic musculoskeletal pain. Tricyslics, another group of antidepressants, is not FDA-approved but may help manage chronic pain.

The functioning of antidepressants in curbing pain is related to their effects on brain chemicals. Be aware of the side effects which include drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth and (though rarely) suicidal thoughts.

Narcotics

Narcotics is another prescription medication which can provide relief from severe osteoarthritis pain. However, the strong medications pose a risk of dependence. Narcotic can cause nausea, sleepiness and constipation. It is recommended to be under careful medical attention when you opt for narcotics.

Therapy and Surgery Options

Hyaluronic Acid Therapy

There is a natural lubricant in the joints which serves as the shock absorber (hyaluronic acid). Osteo arthritis means less of this acid. Hence, the acid is injected to ease the condition and reduce pain in the knees, hips and shoulders. Movement becomes easy through hyaluronic acid therapy.?Side effect can come as swelling or pain on the injected part.

Physical Therapy

Treat Osteo Arthritis

A physical therapist can also help in framing a customized exercise regimen that aims to strengthen the muscles around joint, increase joint motion and reduce pain.

Cortisone Shots

Corticosteroid medications can be used in inject able forms to relieve joint paint. Since this medication puts your joint to risk of damage, there is a limit up to which you can take cortisone shots.

Surgery

Surgery can serve as the last treatment option for osteo arthritis. There are several surgical procedures which can be implemented for treating the condition. Arthroscopy is the least invasive surgical technique which may provide temporary relief from arthritis pain.

A minute incision is made in the affected area/joint which serves as the primary tool for viewing damage to the area/joint, eliminating damaged tissues and smoothing rough surfaces.?Another surgical procedure, called osteotomy, can be used to realign the leg. Done on the knee, osteotomy can help in reducing knee pain.

Joint replacement surgery (arthroplasty) is done to remove damaged joint surfaces and replace them with prostheses (plastic and metal devices). Joint replacement is mostly done for the hip and knee joints. In another technique called joint fusion, the joint is completely removed and replaced with screws, plates or pins.

This surgical procedure, however, removes the flexibility of the joints. Other side effects of surgical treatment include risk of infection and the need for repetitive surgeries (like for replacing the artificial parts).

More Treatment Options For Treating Osteo Arthritis

Maintain close and regular association with your doctor to ensure that a treatment procedure delivers optimal outcome. You may consider complementing a treatment procedure with another one if you find the combination advantageous.?Arthritis patients may also benefit from taking a chronic pain class.

These can be opportunities for learning coping skills which help you manage arthritis better. Alternative treatment like acupuncture, yoga, nutritional supplementation, etc. can also be implemented for getting relief from osteo arthritis.

Writing the Project Management Status Report for Management

Writing the Project Management Status Report for Management

Have you ever visited a foreign country without knowing how to speak the language, or been in the company of someone who didn?t speak yours? A funny thing happens; when someone isn?t fluent, they slow their speech and talk LOUDER, as if others near them have a hearing problem.? It?s not that the other person can?t hear; it?s that they don?t understand.

You can yell at the top of your lungs and the person still won?t comprehend your words. If you want someone to understand you better, learn their language. You don?t have to study for years; rather, learn the most common phrases, questions, and expressions used in their native tongue. The person you are talking to will appreciate the effort and you?ll be able to function in their environment.

Let?s change gears and apply it to project managers who speak the Project Managers talk in a language of their ownlanguage of project management. We use words like Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value, Gantt Charts, Scope Creep, and Milestones. Conversely, executives speak a different language, using words like Return on Investment, Quarterly Earnings, Profit, Cost-Cutting, Bottom-Line, and Corporate Strategy.

You may be invited to visit them from time to time in the board room, their native turf. It could be to do a quarterly review of projects you are managing, or to take a ?deep dive? into a project they have particular interest in. It might even be to understand what went wrong on a project and what is needed to wrap things up.

Here?s a huge hint ? you better learn their language! If you go into the board room with painstaking detail, pivot tables galore, and a vocabulary they don?t understand?you are sunk!

You didn?t take the queue that they do not understand, and instead threw more details, charts and jargon at them! Presenting a ten-page project management status report in a ten-point font is just like talking LOUDER to someone in a country that doesn?t understand your language. This type of behavior could have a serious negative impact on a project management career.

Understand Your Strengths as a Project Manager

A project management status report for management needs to be written in a different language than what you may use with your regular project team. Understanding your strengths as a project manager and the value you bring to the organization will help you prior to putting together your project management status report for executives.? For example, you are:

  • A Conduit of Clarity: It?s hard to really know what is going on in an organization with the ambiguity, uncertainty, and even chaos that plagues so many companies. Executives are far removed from day to day details, or are told only what their reports think they want to hear.

Your unique skill is being able to cut through the static and get to the points that really matter. The project management status report is a great opportunity to convert ambiguity, uncertainty, and chaos into clarity for those around you.

  • A Voice of Reason:? When people become entrenched inProject Manager acting as the "voice of reason" with their team their own viewpoints, positions, and opinions they can become emotionally attached and unreasonable in the decision making process. You have the ability to serve as an objective voice of reason that can influence decisions to go down the correct path.
  • A Compiler of Facts: You are not just a compiler of facts, but an important aggregator of facts. There may be scores of people involved in projects and hundreds of conversations going on about your projects at any given time with e-mail, spreadsheets, documents, and other electronic media flying all over the place.

You know how to take this massive swirl of information and find trends, patterns, and other meaningful information to make your project management status report useful.

  • A Bottom Line Person: The ability to net things out is your biggest asset to the organization. You can take all of the ambiguity, swirl, and information around a project and come up with a pithy, relevant, and actionable piece of information that executives can digest. This is the type of content that needs to appear on your project management status report.

Communicating with Executives Using your Project Management Status Report

The above skills are all for naught if you can?t translate information into something an executive can understand on the project management status report. The following are some suggestions when speaking their language:

  • Be Clear, and Concise: One of the first lessons in successfully communicating with executives is to be extremely precise? and clear. Don?t leave room for interpretation. Ask for their help if you are bogged down and can?t move a certain part of the project forward. Don?t infer you need their help, or leave it up to them to put the pieces of the puzzle together.
  • Use Bullets and Not Narrative: Capitalize on your ability to net things out on your project management status report with quick, ?to the point? bullet points that tell execs what they need to know in mere moments. Executives don?t have the time or interest in reading narratives about the project.? Bullet points should never be longer than two sentences. A paragraph, or heaven forbid, paragraphs of text explaining the status of the project will be almost guaranteed to fall on deaf ears.
  • Be Objective: Just report the facts. Don?t fall into the trap of editorializing or providing your personal opinion on the project management status report. It?s not that you can?t or don?t have an opinion, it?s just that the project management status report is not where these opinions should see the light of day.

What Should Be Included on your Project Management Status Report?

The project management status report can really be as simple as a one or two page document that includes:

  • Overall Project Health: This is your summation of netting the project out. Use some type of indicator (green, yellow, red for example) to indicate the overall health of the project. The executives won?t have to give a second thought to areas that are green, but will need to be all over the details if the status is red.
  • Milestones: Include the most recent milestones that have been achieved on the project as well as those in the immediate future. This will provide a sense of trending and project velocity.
  • Issues: Net out major issues that are surrounding the project. There may be 10 or 20 issues actively being worked through, so don?t dig into too much detail. Rather, break them down into how many critical, semi-critical, and non-critical issues are on the table. Then, include your plan for how the critical issues will be addressed.

Following the above principles for your next project management status report will prevent you from having to speak LOUDLY to your native executives. Understanding their language will allow you to communicate effectively and run your projects more smoothly.

One word all executives understand is Return on Investment. Try ProjectManager.com FREE for 30 days and let them know the return on your investment. You pay NOTHING for a full featured version of ProjectManager.com for 30 days which will allow you to organize your work, share project plans, manage teams online, and track progress daily. This type of investment will make sense to them no matter which language they speak.

Can Illegal Immigrants file Lawsuit for Injuries After a Car Accident?

We are commonly asked this question with regards to what our client should do. Even if you are an undocumented worker or illegal immigrant you are still entitled to recovery for your rights. You are permitted to file a claim for your injuries and recover for damages sustained in a car accident. Additionally you are permitted to recover for medical bills, pain and suffering and any other injuries sustained from your car accident or personal injury case.

Use Your Real Name and Information

A common issue is that clients do not use their real name when speaking to police at the scene of the accident. Always use your real name. The use of false information can hurt any claim you file for your injuries. Always use accurate information at the scene of the accident.

Am I Entitled to Recovery?

Yes. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to recovery for your injuries. As in any car accident case you are permitted to file for damages for any claim you have suffered as a result of your accident. Many times undocumented members or illegal aliens fear that they do not have such rights. This is simply untrue. The fact that you are not a U.S. Citizen does prevent you from filing? a claim for your injuries.

Courts and insurance companies will not ask or be involved in the legal status of the injured party. Thus, you are permitted to file a claim for any all damages sustained as a result of the accident.

What Is Recoverable?

In a claim for damages you are permitted to recover for loss of earnings, pain and suffering and medical bills. This allows for you to be fully compensated for the extent of your injuries. In order to understand the scope of your injuries we must analyze fully what your injuries are.

Generally we will consult with your physician and assess the extent of your injuries before making any settlement offer. However, you are permitted to recover the cost for all injuries associated with the accident.

What If I Do Not Have Insurance?

If you were driving a vehicle and were not insured you are still permitted to recover for your injuries. However, you will not be permitted to recover for your pain and suffering under proposition 213. While this will still allow you to recover for medical bills and loss of income, you will not be able to assert a claim for pain and suffering. This portion of your claim is associated to the pain and suffering element of your claim.

What this means is that you are not permitted to recover for the physical and emotional pain suffered as a result of the accident if you are not insured. However you are still allowed to recover other costs including medical bills and loss of income.

Regardless of your legal status you are entitled to recovery for your injuries. We encourage our clients to not be afraid of the law. Your right to recover for your injuries is not limited because of your legal status. If you have been injured in a car accident, contact our offices for a free consultation.

Is Fat Good?

Is being slightly overweight a reason to be jolly? Is being slightly overweight a reason to be jolly?

Stockbyte/Thinkstock.

Fat is bad for you, right? That?s what doctors tell us. But a review of nearly 100 studies, published this week in the Journal of the American Medical Association, confirms previous indications that the story is more complex. Being overweight or even mildly obese, as measured by body mass index, doesn?t make you more likely to die than a person of normal weight. It makes you slightly less likely to die.

How can this be? Is fat good for you?

That?s the wrong conclusion, according to epidemiologists. They insist that, in general, excess weight is dangerous. But then they have to explain why the mortality-to-weight correlation runs the wrong way. The result is a messy, collective scramble for excuses and explanations that can make the new data fit the old ideas. Here?s what they?ve come up with:

1. The difference is barely significant. In the JAMA analysis, overweight people were just 6 percent less likely to die than normal-weight people. ?It's probably only statistically significant because of the large number? of people in the combined data set, says one skeptic. Maybe. But if the correlation had gone in the other direction?showing a marginally higher death rate among the overweight?you wouldn?t hear scientists arguing that what?s statistically significant isn?t really significant.

2. Death risk is the wrong standard. So what if fat doesn?t correlate with mortality? It still correlates with many diseases, which may ultimately affect mortality. Some studies covered by the JAMA review tracked people for up to 15 years. Others tracked them for as few as five years. Anyone who made it to that point counted as a survivor, regardless of diabetes, heart disease, or other conditions that may have contributed to death after the study ended.

3. Overweight is too close to obese. We used to think that being overweight gave you a higher risk of death. Then we collected data that suggested overweight might be OK but obesity was still deadly. Now we have data that suggest even mild obesity may be OK. To account for this, weight-control advocates are adding another link to their long-standing sermon: If you?re overweight, you?re on the road not just to mild obesity but eventually to morbid obesity, which the JAMA analysis validates as a huge mortality risk (with a 29 percent higher likelihood of death). So don?t gloat that you?re a measly 6 percent healthier than thinner people. Focus on the big picture: avoiding morbid obesity.

4. The dangers of being underweight hide the dangers of being overweight. A JAMA editorial notes that people in the thinner half of the ?normal? BMI range have a higher mortality rate than those in the plumper half. This thinner subset inflates the normal-weight group?s mortality rate, which makes the mortality rate among overweight and obese people look good by comparison. The solution is to shift the whole scale to the right, so that these thin people are recognized as underweight, while people presently labeled overweight are redefined as normal weight. Once we?ve completed this reallocation, it will be clear once again that overweight people?now defined to include many whose BMI would previously have put them in the obese category?are at higher risk of death than the newly reclassified normal-weight people are. The value of weight control will be reaffirmed, but the thresholds will have changed.

5. Some kinds of fat are worse than others. At the moment, scientists seem to agree that while belly fat is bad for you, butt and thigh fat might be safe or even beneficial. So instead of focusing on BMI, we should measure your waist-to-hip ratio, body-fat percentage, blood pressure, blood lipids, glucose, and cardio-respiratory fitness.

6. Fat helps you survive some diseases. The JAMA editorial points out that among people suffering ?a wasting disease, heart disease, diabetes, renal dialysis, or older age,? higher BMI correlates with a lower mortality rate. ?Even in the absence of chronic disease, small excess amounts of adipose tissue may provide needed energy reserves during acute catabolic illnesses.? That doesn?t mean fat makes you healthy. It means that once you?re unhealthy, fat might keep you alive, at least for a while.

7. Fat protects you against injury. Many old people die from falls. Chubbier people ?have more padding to protect the bones should a patient take a tumble, lowering the risk of a life-endangering hip fracture,? notes the Los Angeles Times.

BRIDES: How I Managed to Have a Stress-Free Wedding Day (No, Really!)

2012-12-14-annamaltbyweddingphoto001.jpg

What do real brides have to say about the wedding planning experience? In the weeks leading up to her wedding, guest blogger Anna Maltby gave us the inside scoop on planning an interfaith wedding ceremony, nailing your engagement photo shoot, and more. With the big, beautiful day behind her, Anna gives us a sneak peek at her gorgeous wedding photos and a few of her favorite moments.

First of all, no, I'm not kidding. I really did have the most incredibly relaxed, fun, stress-free wedding day. Ask my bridesmaids; I think some of them were actually a little weirded out by how cool and calm I was on the big day. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say I had an almost-entirely-stress-free wedding week. Here's how you can do it, too:

1. Plan ahead?way ahead. Ok, I might have driven my fianc? a little bit crazy putting arbitrary deadlines on things (hey, I'm a magazine editor!). But getting wedding stuff done ASAP, like right now, while you're thinking about it, is absolutely crucial. After all, no matter how well prepared you are, approximately 152 annoying tasks you didn't realize you'd need to do will pop up in the month before your wedding, so all of the known entities you opt to "figure out later" are just going to make the period right before the wedding that much more painful. The timelines in books and magazines exist for a reason?use them!

2. Take the right days off. Yes, it's super helpful to have a day or two off before the wedding?you'll have friends and family in town and last minute errands to run, and you'll be more than a little bit distracted at work?but it's actually even more helpful to take a day or two off around the weekend before the wedding. My angel of a boss, Sara, granted me a super amazing day off that Friday, and it seriously made all the difference. I folded and assembled all our programs, attached name tags to our escort card/favor animals, put our table numbers in the frames we'd spray-painted gold, gathered up my six heavy bags of stuff, and took them all to our wedding coordinator's office. Poof, done, and out of my mind for good. And on my way home, I picked up my husband's wedding band (or I tried to, anyway?not everything went perfectly just before the wedding, unfortunately!). I kid you not: I got so much done that Friday that we actually had sort of a normal weekend! We went to a friend's birthday party, checked out a new restaurant for Sunday brunch, and did about 10 loads of laundry. Which brings me to...

2012-12-14-annamaltbyweddingphoto002.jpg

3. Factor in the non-glamorous stuff. You've got your pre-rehearsal dinner blowout scheduled and you're on the books for an indulgent mani; but what about the laundry? Seriously. It's probably been way too long since you've done it, and if you're leaving for your honeymoon right after your wedding, you better get it done soon. Personally, I was also having my mehndi party at our apartment the Thursday before the wedding, so I knew it needed to be clean. If you can outsource any of this (drop off the laundry! hire a cleaning service from Groupon!) definitely go for it, but just don't forget that you have to do it.

4. Ask your friends for their last-minute tips. Honestly, you don't want to drive yourself crazy with panicky what-if scenarios, but I really wish I'd known how much time I would spend just before the wedding working on cards and gifts for my family, friends and wedding party. I'm really glad I did it?I can't tell you how unbelievably grateful you're going to feel toward everyone who takes part?but it really took a lot of time to figure out the right gifts, the right cards, the right wrapping paper, etc., for everybody. And side note, I should have bought stock in Papyrus.

5. Hire help. Even if we'd had the budget for it, I don't think I would have hired a full-on wedding planner (I'm way too independent and, uh, control-freaky for that), but I'm still so insanely glad I hired a month-of coordinator. The brilliant, beautiful, incredibly calming Sojourner Auguste and her team at Erganic Design handled everything logistics-related and basically kept me sane in every possible way that month.

6. Fight for it. Here's the truth: Weddings aren't just stressful for the bride. There's going to be a lot of emotions flying around on the big day, and no matter how determinedly you set out to have a totally Zen experience, somebody (probably a lot of somebodies) is going to make that a challenge. It might be someone who totally surprises you, but it'll happen?bridesmaids may freak out about dresses, cousins may freak out about family drama (neither of which happened to me, thankfully, but I am choosing not to air my personal wedding dirty laundry in such a public forum!), and they're going to come straight to you with it, even if you think that's the craziest, most inconsiderate thing to do. So here's what you gotta do: Be so Zen that they can't help but get Zen, too. Practice saying stuff like this very slowly and calmly: "I'm not sure what to tell you about that." "Don't worry about it; it doesn't matter to me." "Let's talk about that when the wedding is over!" And smile. They'll get the hint. And if they don't, well, that's what your coordinator is for.

?Anna Maltby

Leukemia survivor starts the new year with a resolution

As the Colts get ready to kickoff the post-season, their coach's battle with leukemia continues to be an inspiration.

But, Chuck Pagano says he also gained inspiration from some of the smallest Colts fans.

24-Hour News 8 spoke with one teen who took on leukemia herself - and now is looking to take on yet another feat.

Few can forget 15 year old Mickey Deputy's words to NFL coach Chuck Pagano, when she met him in December.

?One of the things I said to him was, I?ve been through this. I beat it, and you can beat it too,? said Mickey Deputy, in an interview with 24-Hour News 8.

Mickey's journey has been nothing but inspiring, she was diagnosed with leukemia in 2004 at age seven.

?She has overcome from day one, from the day she was born,? said her mother Jenny. ?She was born blue, and overcame heart surgery. All through her life, she has overcome every milestone that has come up in front of her.?

Mickey?s been cancer free since 2007, but hasn?t stopped inspiring others. She shaved her head for Coach Pagano this fall, and now,

?I?m planning to do a marathon with my mommy,? said Mickey.

She and her mom have a brand new, New Years resolution.

They're starting to train for the Nike Women's Half Marathon in San Francisco this October.

Their fundraising goal?

For "Team Mickey" to raise $100,000 dollars to fund a research grant in her name. She plans to name the grant after a baby she met in the hospital when she was diagnosed. That small baby passed away from his cancer.

?I had cancer, and I want to find a cure, because I want nobody to suffer what I've been through,? said Mickey.

?We?ve never said you can't do anything because of a disability. We?ve never expected less of her, but what she's doing is far beyond what we ever would have expected. The fact she's taking this on, committing to training? it?s proud for us? also very humbling that we get to be a part of this,? said Jenny.

They're training with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Team in Training.

If you're looking to jump-start your New Year?s resolutions, ?there?s still room on ?Team Mickey.? Call the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society office at (317) 860-3840 and ask to speak to JR Linne, Team in Training Director.

For more information on Mickey and Jenny?s training, you can click here or here.
